"This was the first time that I have used an agency to find a nanny. We tried out a couple of others but were disappointed with the reliability of candidates and the matching of us as a family to the prospective nannies. Amanda has been a breath of fresh air. She really listens to what you need and is diligent in her pre-screening of candidates. The whole process has been much easier and Amanda has helped us to find just the right person for us. "I am a nanny who recently registered with Amanda at Chiltern Childcare Nanny Agency and I couldn't have made a better decision! Amanda has been so supportive and helpful in my job search and she is very consistent. She replies to every one of my texts and emails within the same day (which can be rare with some agencies!) and she is always both professional and friendly. Amanda always updates me on any new jobs that have come up that might be of interest to me, and that includes phone calls with full details of the job and any advice. I couldn't recommend Amanda and the agency anymore, I'm so pleased i registered with them and I truly believe that my next job position will come through them. Which I would be very pleased with as I know that if i had any issues/questions/problems, that I can comfortably contact Amanda at any time!

"I had a great experience using Chiltern Childcare to find my first nanny. Amanda was the first person I spoke to when looking for a nanny and she explained everything I would need to know. She then came to meet me in my house to discuss potential candidates, and I found that visit really useful. It gave us a good time to talk about everything and she could understand what kind of person I was looking for, and also provide me a lot of background on the candidates she had. I was registered with other agencies as well, and the service Amanda gave was over and above all the rest. I got so much more out of a face to face meeting than just using email and phone. She then quickly came to my rescue when I needed emergency childcare with only a few hours to spare. And I'm pleased to say I found my perfect nanny through her!
